Fitness is key to living a healthy life and First Move Fitness is the place to go for anyone over the age of forty looking to get in better shape. First Move Fitness chose to work with Re-Fresh in order to develop a website for their company. This site was managed by the company owner who would update with regular blog posts related to fitness, health and diet. The simplistic logo design that was used within the First Move Fitness website was also a creation of Re-Fresh Developments.
